<p>Cincinnati, OH (<a href="http://www.prweb.com/">PRWEB</a>) September 3, 2009 -Z Learn course designed to maximize the skills and experience of workers from all five age groups now found in our workforce: Radio Babies, Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, Gen Y, and Millennials. To coincide with the course launch, the authors will be hosting a Free Webinar, Generational Conflict Management Strategies, on Thursday, Sept. 17 from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. EST. <p>The Free Webinar focuses on generational differences causing conflict in the workplace, myths, communications and several other topics. <p>Robin and Linda will be joined by attorney Mike Newman, a partner at Dinsmore and Shohl specializing in employment law.
